The spacious luminous house is situated in a residential area on top of a spectacular mountain overviewing Mount Montgo and the nature reservate inland.
The house is located near the end of the residental area, with little traffic and spectacular views closely connected with all the gems the Costa Blanca has to offer.
Regrettably, due to the split-level design and accompanying stairs—a result of our mountainside location—the house is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments or those using wheelchairs.
Equipped with a double size bed, television, and a balcony ideal to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee overviewing the mountains and the city of Javea, or a late afternoon nap. Directly next to your bedroom you have a completely renovated private bathroom equipped with a toilet, a lavabo and a rainshower. Also each room comes with wardrobes that you can use at your disposal.
On the same floor you’ll find the 2nd bedroom, equipped with a single bed and again wardrobes to put your luggage and stuff
On the entrance level (front door), you will find the 3rd bedroom, equipped with a single bed, wardrobes and directly next to the room a 2nd bathroom with a shower, toilet and lavabo.
The main floor (one split level lower than the entrance) offers a very spacious living room. Here you will find two big sofa’s to relax, watch television, Netflix or have a nice chat. In winter you can use the wood stove for a nice and cosy atmosphere, while the whole house is also equipped with central heating.
Situated within the Living Room you will find a round dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy your inside breakfast or diner.
A spacious kitchen, fully equipped to all your wishes and modern standards. Here you’ll find a big fridge and freezer, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and a 4-pit gas cooking system and oven.
Next to the kitchen we have an outside storage room (fully covered) where you’ll find a washing machine, some garden equipment and another fridge and summer furniture
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning systems to keep you cool during the Summer months. High-speed fiber internet available throughout the whole house.
The entrance to the garden goes via a “serre” that during summer months can be opened with slide doors, enabling you to walk directly from the living room to the garden, while enjoying your privacy.
In the winter, with the slides doors closed, it’s your ideal place to work remotely, read a good book or simply enjoy your morning drink in the sun.
The garden is (60m2) and offers room for outside meals, BBQ (available) and of course some sunbathing. Directly attached to the garden is the door to the swimming pool (12 by 5 meters).
Here you can swim all year long, as it is maintained on a bi-weekly basis. The swimming pool is shared with 11 other houses, offering you (and your kids) the opportunity to meet our friendly neighbours from different nationalities and age.
At the pool you will have your own sunbeds and a lot of room to enjoy the water, while still being close to your own house, garden and kitchen to get some snacks and drinks.
The house is located in Resedential Gata de Gorgos, just 1.5 kilometres outside the villages of Gata de Gorgos and Pedreguer.
Here you will find everything you need, like restaurants, farmacies, doctors and various supermarkets and shops. Pedreguer is known for his Dutch supermarket, located a 5 minute drive from the house).
Gata de Gorgos is a village in the Marina Alta region of the north Costa Blanca in Spain. Bosting spectacular surroundings where you can see monumental tress and explore areas of natural beauty.
